Elementary (3-year-olds through those in 5th grade); Deep Blue (room 16)
We are looking for kiddos from the age of 3 and up to 5th grade to join us in Deep Blue for our class, Deep Blue Connects: At Home with God. We will explore families in the Bible and find out what it means to be part of a family! Stories, music videos and Bible verses on the DVD will help reinforce the story each week. A different adult teaches this class each month.
Youth Group (6th graders through college-aged); Room 20 – Ends at Noon This group discusses, learns and has fun.
Room 13 Single Sunday, Bible-based lessons from 102 Fascinating Bible Studies by Preston A. Taylor. The lessons will be facilitated by different class members. Bring yourself and your Bible.
Deepening Life; Room 15 We will begin this year with a study of the Book of Ruth. Our format will include a DVD, as well as a book for questions and discussion. The book, Deepening Life: Ruth, is available on Amazon.
Co-op; Room 12 This class was formed to support the Cooperative Care Center in its early years – hence its name. The class continues to have an outreach focus with donations to various community organizations throughout the year. The Sunday lessons usually come from the Uniform Series on International Bible Lessons. Classes are also operated in a cooperative manner, with those who can taking their turns leading the lesson, the music and the general sharing or bringing some cookies or other snacks.
Searchers; Room 27 Our class uses DVDs and a study guide for our discussions. In the past, we have studied The Shack, God Is Not Dead, Seeing Gray in a World of Black and White and How’s Your Soul. We will be choosing this year’s curriculum on September 30th.
Praise café; Booth Hall Everyone is invited to join us for delicious coffee, great snacks and fun fellowship. Different groups sponsor Praise Café each week, and proceeds are used by that group for various projects.
